Guide to the Devil
If your character is meeting Lucifer IN PERSON for the first time:
Lucifer is an archangel, i.e. not just a little bit an angel. He has a spiritual presence beyond his physical one, which beyond-human characters may be able to pick up on. His grace feels like a magical weight, like standing in the middle of a storm cloud, that not only can be felt like a heavy presence in the room, but the more delicate will pick it up from a distance.
Also those with some kind of magical sight may see that he is more than human. His true physical form would burn out the eyes of anyone not powerful enough to look upon him, but it's restrained here, nethertheless someone spiritually supernormal would see that light was filling up Lucifer's vessel, barely restrained by it, and the visual image of wings might also be seen.
He projects a feeling of cold to anyone in his presence.
None of these things are visible over the network.
Permissions:
Your character doesn't have to have EXPLICIT REASON to be excused from any of the following powers. If you just don't want Lucifer doing it, then don't hesitate to put NO to any of the below.
Soul Reading: Lucifer can see into the souls and sins of people he comes upon. This is how he gets around performing his manipulations.
Dream Walking: Lucifer can project himself into people's dreams, and manipulate what they see.
Time distortion: Again via illusions, Lucifer can distort the feeling of time for up to two minutes, in order to snatch a moment alone with them.
Seeking: Lucifer can seek people out who aren't explicitly hidden to him, and fly to them in moments.

Date: 2015-04-14 07:38 pm (UTC)What will he find out: Raina is a pretty dangerous woman who uses, manipulates, and charms people into doing the things she wants. She generally has no moral compass and has been responsible for a great many deaths at the hand of an organization she worked with in her canon called Centipede. The project was pretty much all about human experimentation -- trying to enhance people (with a side effect of them spontaneously combusting!) But Raina also has a fascination and even devotion to people she views as 'gifted' or powerful. This is because her grandma always told her she herself was going to be gifted, powerful and beautiful. In reality, tho, she just turned into an ugly thorn monster when her dormant alien DNA was activated. She was pretty mad about that, yo.

What does your character dream about: I'm updating this because I feel like it's relevant! Raina just got approval to have her canon power start to manifest in this world, and so she has prophetic dreams. I don't think she will actually have normal dreams any longer. They will all be vague and telling of either her future or someone else's future or the world's future as a whole. So if you wanted to plot something with this, I would totally be game! She doesn't quite realize this is her ability just yet, so she has been trying to avoid sleeping as much as possible since the dreams are chaotic and unsettling and manifest themselves more as nightmares than anything. But once she starts to realize what's going on, Lucifer can totally be a passenger for some future viewings.
