Trick or Not so Treat?

Hi there,
I realize it's late in the month, and you probably have plans already, but I'm just fishing around to see if there's any interest out there for characters to play with the spooky theme of October/November and get a little loose and free with their villain selves. Lucifer will hopefully be doing his own thing, but there's room for him to network and inspire a few of our game's villain characters to come in and cause just a little preemptive Halloween chaos before the big night, or in the next couple of weeks after it as a spooky wind down, depending on if/when we can procure a slot. (In some ways a belated november halloween is when everyone least expects it, anyway).
It doesn't have to be big chaos, in fact Lucifer would be looking for characters to act up in small ways to trick or treat their fellow imPorts - it is Devil's Night, after all - rather than do something serious that gets them all incarcerated, but it might be a step toward doing something bigger as a villain community, perhaps.
Basically, I would love to expand villain on villain or trying to reform villain or dubiously heroic cr (for myself, and between other people to put villains in contact with each other), and get some real league of evil vibe going about the place. Any slightly villainous, or vaguely halloween-gone-wrong themed idea is a good one; animated jack-o-lantern candygrams that tell people their bad fortunes, or magic mirrors that insult passers by--I don't know, I just thought I'd throw it out there that Lucifer is willing to inspire and/or manipulate anyone into embracing their dark side, this month and always, and that I'm more than happy to bring together everyone's ideas and present them to the mods as a whole plan. Incidentally this isn't a one time offer thing, sure, I'd like to set up a vaguely organized villain front, so characters can't get around the fact that they're surrounded by baddies and potential baddies, but Lucifer is also available for prodding characters toward their bad selves in general, also, so if you have a character arc planned, and you can't quite find the way to push your character over that cliff, let me know.
For the sake of developing CR if we don't have it already, Lucifer did make an open invitation for imPorts to visit his church http://maskormenacelogs.dreamwidth.org/521415.html for the Feast of St Michael. Otherwise he does enjoy zoning into people who are dreaming dark dreams to introduce himself, and this can be done through an IC inbox thread if you clear it on my permissions http://angelfire.dreamwidth.org/1131.html first, and I can have him reply to pretty much any network post.
That's it. I will quit with the babbling now, please let me know if you're at all interested in throwing a trick or trick in treat's clothing into this lucky dip of evil. Characters will be expected to run their trick themselves, and any write ups will have to be done by the player in question, Lucifer's role is only motivational, and as a result may not have as much influence on some as others. Furthermore you won't hurt my feelings if it doesn't suit your character, or if you're not interested: I did play very fast and loose with the definition of the word 'villain' when I made my list of people to contact, and all of the above may in fact be totally irrelevant to yours, but whether it is or not, thank you in any case for reading!
